A family business with community & heritage at its heart
The House of Tartan was originally started by Greg and Mandy Chapman in 1995, taking the business out of the garage and into its first retail outlet in Osbourne Park. In 2007, Mandy moved The House of Tartan to its current location at 314 Walcott Street, Menora, and sold the business to Jim and Heather Anderson. Over the next 12 years, they added value to the Scottish community in many ways. Looking forward to a well-earned retirement, Heather and Jim sold the business to the current owners, myself and Jennifer McAdam, in July 2019.

Retail Sales & Hire
The House of Tartan is a business that has been serving the WA community since 1995. We love what we do and are inspired every day to innovate and create new products with tartan. It’s also a meaningful journey we take, as our customers choose to demonstrate their heritage with our products. The House of Tartan is where we get recognition and that drives us every day. We are both happy and excited for the future of The House of Tartan.
